Large-footprint remodels, liquidation and demolition, environmental compliance and site remediation. Proven at 450,000 square feet.
Selected projects
Built, not promised.
The Honeysuckle
Restaurant, bar & live-music terrace · Hill Country, Texas
To achieve the building's impressive footprint and towering multi-level design, we executed the installation of a massive structural steel system supported by custom foundational pillars and extensive concrete flatwork. The facility’s core framework utilizes heavy steel columns and beams to elevate a sweeping two-story open-air pavilion and an expansive upper deck.
Golfsmith International HQ
450,000 sq ft liquidation, demolition & remediation · Austin
Following the 2017 bankruptcy of Golfsmith International, Xceed Technical Services was contracted to execute the comprehensive clean-out and liquidation of the company's massive 450,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center in Austin, Texas. Operating under a strict mandate from the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, our team managed this monumental decommissioning project to safely clear the sprawling facility while strictly adhering to complex legal and environmental requirements.
New Braunfels First United Methodist Church
Managed by Superior General Construction & Production Group Inc., this interior renovation project involved the comprehensive modernization and structural modification of the sanctuary pulpit at the New Braunfels First United Methodist Church (NBFUMC). Our team successfully executed a phased transformation of the church's multi-tiered stage, upgrading the space from its original carpeted layout to a highly refined, structurally reinforced platform featuring premium wood finishes.[Budget]
The Superior difference
We manage risk, budgets and timelines, not just job sites.
Transparent budgets
Line-item estimates a building committee can read, with changes documented before they cost anything.
Schedules that hold
Phased construction around services and shifts. Every closed day is lost revenue or a missed Sunday, and we plan accordingly.
Risk assessed up front
Leadership with a catastrophe-adjusting and systems background: hazards, code gaps and surprises get found in planning, not in the field.
Based in Cedar Creek
Austin-raised leadership, local subs and suppliers, and a crew that is on your site, not two hours away.
Leadership
Who manages your money and your risk.
Founded in 2021 and incorporated in Texas, Superior is led by two principals who are on every project. Luis brings a career across IT project management, catastrophe insurance adjusting and construction management; the result is a tech-forward, highly organized approach to scheduling and a practiced eye for risk.

What clients say
“From beginning to end, Luis, Edwin and the whole crew at Superior General Construction were the best. Their quote was clear and precise; their research approaching the project was excellent and of course the work performed was always above and beyond expectations. I strongly recommend Superior General Construction for any project you may have in mind; I know I will."
