Luis Arizola

President · Owner & Principal

Luis founded Superior in 2021 and runs every project from first budget to final walkthrough. His background is unusual for a general contractor, and it is the reason the company manages risk, money and schedule the way it does.

Born and raised in Austin, he graduated ahead of schedule and went straight into operations: managing a bus company, then working for former Texas Attorney General Jim Mattox at a non-profit. Mentored by PwC consultants, he launched his first company at 25, in 2011: a global IT asset recovery and supply chain brokerage. Years of moving equipment across borders taught him logistics, negotiation and how technology sits inside a complex operation.

He then moved into insurance as a catastrophe adjuster, handling large, contested claims where the job is to assess damage accurately, negotiate hard and resolve fairly. That is where the habit of finding hazards, code gaps and cost surprises in planning rather than in the field comes from.

In 2021 he brought all of it to construction. Superior specializes in restaurants, bars and venues and in church work, and Luis oversees the full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, coordinating architects, engineers and subcontractors, and delivering on time and on budget. His international experience shows in how he works with crews, suppliers and partners from different backgrounds.
