This Privacy Policy explains how SGCPG Inc. (“Superior GC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit superiorgcpg.com (the “Site”), contact us, request a bid or estimate, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Project information: details you share when requesting a bid, estimate, or consultation, such as project type, location, budget range, timeline, and any plans or documents you upload
  • Employment information: resume, work history, certifications, and other details you submit when applying for a position
  • Customer support information: messages and information you share when contacting us

No customer accounts: We do not offer customer accounts or user profiles on the Site.

B) Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to help the Site function, measure performance, and improve the Site (see Section 6)

C) Information from third parties

We receive information from service providers that help run our business, such as:

  • Website hosting and form tools: form submissions and delivery status
  • Analytics (such as Google Analytics): site usage data

  • Respond to bid requests, estimates, and project inquiries
  • Communicate with you about current or proposed projects
  • Evaluate job applications and contact candidates

We share information only as needed to operate our Services, including with:

  • Service providers who help run our Site and business (hosting, form and email tools, analytics, customer support tools)
  • Project partners such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, when needed to prepare a bid or deliver a project you have asked us about
  • Insurance and bonding providers, when required for a project
  • Professional advisors (accountants, legal) as needed
  • Authorities or others when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information with advertising partners (such as Google) to measure ad performance and, where enabled, to deliver ads that may be more relevant to you. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5) Marketing Choices

If you join our email list, you can opt out anytime by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send non-promotional communications (like replies to your inquiry, bid or project correspondence, and customer service replies).

6) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Measurement

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep the Site working (like form and session functionality),
  • understand how visitors use the Site (such as Google Analytics),
  • measure advertising performance (if we run online ads),
  • improve performance and user experience.

Note: We do not currently offer a separate cookie preference banner or cookie management tool.

7) Documents and Files You Send Us

If you upload plans, drawings, specifications, resumes, or other files through the Site or by email, we use them only for the purpose you sent them (for example, preparing a bid or reviewing an application) and share them only with the project partners and service providers described in Section 4.

8) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide Services,
  • keep business records (including tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, and project records),
  • resolve disputes,
  • enforce agreements and protect our business.

Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no website or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at la@superiorgcpg.com and we will take appropriate steps.

11) Your Privacy Choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing la@superiorgcpg.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may need to be kept for legal or business-record reasons.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
